Our client, a leading player in the legal services sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable HRIS Analyst to join their HR team. This permanent position offers a hybrid working model based in Dublin City Centre, providing the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimisation of HR systems in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and user training as required.
Support HR projects involving systems, analytics, or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Key Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a similar HRIS Analyst or HR Systems role.
Strong working knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions and processes.
Comfortable working with sensitive employee data and maintaining confidentiality.
Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
Experience within professional services, legal, or a highly regulated industry.
Exposure to data privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR) in relation to HR systems.
Experience supporting HR digital transformation or system implementation projects.
