SAP Data Analytics Analyst

A large multinational company is seeking a Mid-Level SAP Analytics Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working with SAP analytics tools, ETL data processing, and Python development. This is a permanent role based in Dublin, Ireland.

About the Role

Someone at mid point in their career. Someone who has business knowledge of SAP Finance modules or Accounting (P&L/ accounts etc) and who now works in the Data Analytics space. The person will extract Data from SAP Data and produce financial reports for senior stakeholders. Someone with ETL/ Apache/ Python skills and strong data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, build, and optimise ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Utilise Python for data modelling, automation, and analytics tasks.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across analytics platforms.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data reporting and visualisation.
• Support the integration of SAP analytics with other enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP certifications in analytics or data management are beneficial.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP analytics and data integration.
• Hands-on expertise with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Experience working with SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of data modelling, SQL, and data governance principles.
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to machine learning and AI-driven analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Pay range and compensation package

Standard Monday to Friday Hybrid working model. You must hold Stamp1G Spousal/ Stamp4 or Eu passport. Competitive salary and benefits package. Pension scheme and bonus structure.
