We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our client's team in Citywest on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience for innovative digital products and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating user needs into intuitive and engaging designs, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement UX strategies.

  • Translate complex problems into user-friendly design solutions.

  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.

  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and enhance designs.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital product or SaaS environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
