Kat has been a leader in recruitment marketing since 2014, bringing her expertise to a variety of recruitment agencies across different sizes and specializations. She is passionate about transforming marketing into a strategic, commercially impactful function that enhances value for clients through a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Since joining the Fruition team in 2023, Kat has been an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, reshaping our marketing strategy and function. She has led our rebranding project and introduced several new initiatives, including our podcast, newsletters, sales collateral, and insights, elevating our brand and engagement efforts.
Kat is also the founder of "Females of the Future," our diversity-focused recruitment community dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the workplace.
