Our client, a leading cybersecurity vendor, is looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team and ensure clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.
After an excellent 2024, winning record breaking levels of new logo customers and sales, they're looking to grow their Iberia team with the acquisition of an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive the continuous satisfaction of new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training to ensure effective utilization of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their security objectives and challenges, offering tailored advice and best practices to enhance their security posture.
- Proactive Support: Monitor client usage and system performance, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to optimize their experience.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and technical support teams to address client needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Renewals and Upselling: Identify opportunities for contract renewals and upselling additional services or features that align with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud security, and exposure management solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

- Base Salary : €40,000 - €50,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
