Service Desk Analyst

I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst with proven experience at a 2nd line level. My client are a well-established organisation with a mature service desk function. The role requires a confident communicator with experience in medium/large organisational environments.
My client are interviewing this week with a view to appointment a candidate to start within the next 2 weeks.
Location: Leeds - 5 days per week
Duration: 5 months initially
Start Date: You must be available within 2 weeks
Rate: £180 per day (outside IR35)
To be suitable for this role you must have:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line desktop support role
- Experience supporting Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, Windows Server
- Windows 11 Rollout experience
- Excellent communication skills
