SLED Cybersecurity Account Executive

Our client is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Due to the success and growth of their U.S. Public Sector Team, they are seeking an experienced SLED Account Executive to drive sales across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Candidates should have proven relationships and experience selling to State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers within the Mid-Atlantic area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth within the SLED sector across the Mid-Atlantic region, including PA, NY, MD, VA, DE, NJ, and WV.
• Meet an annual sales quota of $1.8M.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and educational institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase the value of the company's cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of direct SLED sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions for a cybersecurity vendor.
• Strong knowledge of the SLED market and key contacts in the Mid-Atlantic territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented approach.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150,000
• OTE: $300,000 (uncapped)

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. and have convenient access to an international airport for travel.
