Our team is trained in equitable interviewing practices to ensure a fair evaluation process for all candidates.

We use advanced tools to identify and eliminate gender bias in job descriptions, ensuring inclusive language that attracts diverse candidates.

Agreeing with our clients what a successful campaign looks like by breaking down the recruitment process into applications, screened applications, candidates selected for interview and those offered and rejected. We can then measure this against norm data to assess how effective the campaign has been.

If a client would find it beneficial, we can anonymise CVs to remove any unconscious bias across the client business.

We support the representation of women in tech through sponsorships and discussions.

We organise quarterly events focused on DE&I to raise awareness and share best practices among clients and the tech community.

We created this initiative to support and encourage women to develop their careers further and reach their full potential. We have over 200 members with quarterly events and a mentoring scheme.

DE&I

Our trained team member, Emily, provides resources and support for employees facing mental health challenges.

Our EAP offers confidential, 24/7 support, including counselling sessions and mental health resources.

We encourage regular team based activities, recent events have included the Yorkshire 3 peaks, reformer pilates, breath work and very competitive step challenges!

Health & Wellbeing

We support local organisations such as St Vincent’s, Zarach, Martin House, Bray Area Partnership, Leeds Baby Bank and Leeds Hospital, focusing on uplifting vulnerable groups.

Our team members volunteer to support charities and local communities including; Shout – the mental health text service, community champion for vulnerable groups and working in a local community café and coordinating stock rooms for donations.

Through our partnership with Northcoders, we provided bursaries to aspiring tech professionals, helping to break financial barriers.

We encourage ongoing education through webinars and workshops, keeping our team informed about DE&I practices.

We offer career guidance and educational workshops to young people in underserved areas.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We advise clients on sustainable tech solutions, including cloud efficiency and extending hardware lifecycles.

We track and work to reduce our carbon footprint across operations.

We prioritise collaborations with partners who share our commitment to sustainability.

We have both a WhatsApp group and a LinkedIn group where we post regular updates, community members can seek advice, and we promote upcoming events and relevant news.
