Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Hardware Engineer to drive the development of next-generation robotic systems. This role requires expertise in electromechanical system design, sensor integration, and prototyping. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of robotics hardware development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and validate electromechanical systems for autonomous robots.
- Develop and integrate sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems.
- Optimize mechanical and electrical designs for performance, durability, and manufacturability.
- Work closely with software and firmware teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct hardware testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in robotics and automation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in robotics hardware development.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical system design for robotic applications.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for mechanical design.
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and machining.
- Familiarity with motor control, embedded systems, and real-time hardware interfacing.
- Proficiency in integrating sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, and IMUs.
- Experience with PCB design and electrical schematics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
