Sarah is the CEO and founder of Fruition Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in tech recruitment. She launched Fruition IT in 2008 after nearly a decade in the industry, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to building authentic relationships. In 2020, she also founded Enablis, a business providing digital expertise, which has rapidly grown its network and impact. Sarah is passionate about driving growth, connecting top tech talent with the right opportunities, and ensuring Fruition stays ahead in an evolving industry. Outside of work, she’s a mum to twin boys, enjoys gym training and Hyrox, and spends time with her dog, Pablo.
